Welcome to Capital Maid Agency. By hiring or using our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions. These terms are designed to ensure transparency, safety, and quality service for both clients and workers.

1. Contract Duration

• Each service agreement between the client and Capital Maid Agency is valid for 6 months.

• During this period, the worker will remain under the supervision and management of the agency.

2. Replacement Policy

• Within the 6-month contract, clients are entitled to up to 3 free replacements in case of unsatisfactory performance, absence, or other valid reasons.

• Replacements will be arranged within a reasonable time frame after the client reports the issue.

• Additional replacements beyond the allowed limit may incur a service charge.

3. Payment Terms

• The total service fee or installment plan must be paid according to the agreement made at the time of booking.

• Payments are non-refundable once a worker has been assigned, except under exceptional circumstances approved by management.

4. Worker Conduct and Responsibility

• All workers are verified, registered, and trained under Capital Maid Agency.

• If a worker is involved in theft or any criminal activity, both the agency and the contractor will jointly cooperate to locate and recover the worker.

• The agency will assist with police reporting and investigation but will not be held financially liable for the stolen items.

5. Client Responsibilities

• Clients must clearly communicate job duties, working hours, and accommodation (if live-in).

• Workers must be treated respectfully and provided with safe working conditions.

• Clients are not permitted to hire or re-employ any worker directly without written consent from Capital Maid Agency.

6. Termination

• The agency reserves the right to terminate a service if the client mistreats a worker or violates company policies.

• Clients may terminate the contract with valid reasons, but no refund will be issued after service commencement.

7. Limitation of Liability

• Capital Maid Agency acts as a mediator between clients and workers.

• The agency is not responsible for any personal disputes, damages, or losses after placement, other than assisting in resolving the issue.

8. Governing Law

This agreement shall be governed by the laws of Pakistan, and any disputes will be handled under the jurisdiction of Islamabad courts.
